Note that the nya (U+06BD, nun with three dots) has three dots below in initial and medial form, but three dots above in isolated and final form. (So, your font, or the rendering in your browser, is broken if it shows three dots above in the above quote.) This is not the arabic character U+067E (پ, p) that has three dots below in all forms.
